2.1 OPTION #1 - Branding Customization from Our Product Library

The simplest customization option, the fastest time to market.

If you want to quickly launch your own branded products but don't want to bear the development risks and timelines, brand customization is the best option.  It means select from our mature, mass-produced product library, mass product with your logo and brand on our existed products’ body, user manual, package and all accessories.

(2) Send brand logo file (editable format such as PS and AI) and confirm customization content and place.

2.2 OPTION#2 - Semi-Customization from Our Product Library

Semi-Customized Service means building upon our mature and field-proven hardware platforms, you can achieve a branded solution with remarkable speed and cost-effectiveness, high-quality, reliable product that carries your unique brand identity and optimized functionality, significantly accelerating your time-to-market while minimizing development risk and investment.

2.2.1 Customize Content Options

2.2.2 Customization Process

(1) Confirm customization details, assess feasibility, timeline, and cost.

(2) Arrange customization fees (mainly for mold changes and functional firmware customization).

(3) Send brand logo files (editable formats like Photoshop and Illustrator) and confirm customization details and placement.

(4) Produce samples.

(5) Send images, videos, and actual samples for confirmation.

(6) Place bulk orders (generally 30% deposit, 70% balance).

(7) Bulk customization and production.

(8) Once the agreed quantity is achieved, part or all of the customization fees will be refunded.

2.3 OPTION #3 - Totally New Design Product Customization

Create a product entirely yours from scratch.

When an off-the-shelf solution won't suffice your requirement, our end-to-end New Design Product Service transforms your unique requirement or just an idea into a tangible, market-leading GPS tracking device from zero, we will with you through every critical phase of development to the final product delivery.  

• Minimum order quantity: 5000 units (depending on complexity)

• Typical R&D time: 4~6 months

2.3.1 Customize Content Options

2.3.2 Customization Process

(1) Communicate customization requirements, confirm customization content, and assess feasibility, timeline, and customization costs.

(2) Sign contracts and agreements.

(3) Arrange initial customization fees (generally paid in three phases; 50% of the R&D fee is paid upon signing the contract).

(4) Produce T0 samples and confirm appearance, structure, color, etc.

(5) Simultaneous product development (hardware and firmware).

(6) Produce T1 samples and confirm: preliminary testing of functions and performance.

(7) Based on test feedback, propose optimization, adjustment, and modification requirements for appearance and function (arrange 35% of the R&D fee).

(8) Produce T2 samples, test, and confirm the final product (arrange 15% of the R&D fee after confirmation).

(9) Apply for relevant certification certificates after verification.

(10) Place bulk orders and ship.

(11) Once the agreed-upon quantity is reached, part or all of the customization fee is refunded.
