1. What is the process from sample testing to bulk order?
Answer: First, after sample order payment is confirmed, we will arrange to ship sample within 1~2 working days, you will receive it in about 5~10 days, then engineer will assist your team to test the sample. We recommend bulk order after the local sample was tested and approved.

2. How long is the delivery time for small orders?
Answer: Sample order (less than 10 pieces) within 1~2 working days; trial order within 15 working days. More days are required if custom software, apps, brand logo and packaging customization are required.

3. What is the process for software customization solutions?
Answer: Share all logos and UI images with us, Google Play and Apple Store developer accounts are required, after complete web tracking platform, Android and iOS APP development, we will release to Apple Store and Google Play for you, it normally takes about 20~30 working days.
